For larger items, we work with a variety of blanket wrap shippers. They are highly rated, trusted, reliable, and insured. Your item will be completely insured when it is with them. When we arrange freight shipping, we are facilitating a contract between the buyer and the shipper. The buyer is responsible for communicating with the shipper to make final delivery arrangements. Once your piece is purchased, it can take up to a week for us to find your shipper. The shipper usually estimates delivery between 1-4 weeks upon pick up from us, depending on the location it will be going. Most freight shippers work alone and the buyer may be expected to provide someone on the other end to help carry furniture. The shipment will require a signature upon receipt. We also welcome local pick up in Madison, WI, free of charge.

In house packaging and Ground Shipping:
When appropriate, and for smaller items, we also provide in house packaging using professional packaging experts, who extensively bubble wrap and package the item/s. They make custom boxes to protect the piece(s). Items are insured for the full amount during shipping.
